Colorado’s current tax structure is both inequitable and woefully inadequate to generate the revenue necessary for all Coloradans to Thrive.
Nonprofit groups from the policy, labor, and community organizing sectors have come together as T O G E T H E R W E T H R I V E (TWT) to build the infrastructure necessary for progressive tax reform in Colorado. TWT is poised to mount a statewide effort to work on this critical policy objective. We will use dedicated staffing, coordinated research-based communications, and narrative strategies as well as targeted investments in organizing and field work to remake the Colorado tax code as a more equitable and effective tool for revenue generation.
